WRS-2285:  EF Grade Valens Silver MILIARENSE.  An exceptionally rare coin.  This example is out of a very old collection.  It’s been crudely plugged with the original piercing presumed to have been done in antiquity.  A very high catalogue value and a coin (R2) that can easily be professionally sorted out.  £395 reduced to £365

WRS-4794:  Julius Caesar “Elephant” Silver Denarius.  Struck Italy 49 BC.  The elephant was used by Hanibal to get over the Alps.  This coin is a 2,000+ year old contemporary counterfeit and is reported to be a metal detecting find from East Anglia.  £170
